Under the motto “5000 Steps Towards a Healthy Lifestyle,” running and walking competitions were held

On the initiative of the University of Business and Science, running and walking competitions were organized in Namangan under the motto “5000 Steps Towards a Healthy Lifestyle” to promote a healthy lifestyle.

At the marathon, university leaders, professors, staff, and students came together, uniting to support physical activity, healthy living, and mass sports.

The event gave participants not only the opportunity to engage in sports but also to start the day refreshed, in a good mood, and with a positive mindset.

During the competition, team unity, activity, and commitment to a healthy lifestyle were further strengthened.

Participants who successfully completed the distance and actively took part were awarded commemorative gifts by the regional administration.

In particular, the oldest female and male teachers, as well as the youngest boy and girl, were awarded special certificates.
