Rector of the University of Business and Science
Xolmatov Dilshod Sottorjonovich was born in Chust district, Namangan region. He graduated from Namangan State University in 2001. Since 2026, he has been serving as the Rector of the University of Business and Science.
The Rector manages the overall operations of the higher education institution, ensures its strategic development, and is responsible for academic, financial, and administrative decisions. He provides leadership in the areas of education quality, scientific research, and the development of external relations.
