At the event, the head of the Qibray District IIB, Lieutenant Colonel J.A. Tilyaboyev, explained to students with real-life examples the negative effects of psychotropic and narcotic substances on human life, as well as the severe criminal liability that follows.

Additionally, Sanjar Toshtemirov, a lecturer from the Department of Medicine, focused on the medical aspects of the issue, scientifically explaining the harm this substance causes to the brain and body.
